Service call include visit and diagnose , and have to pay at the time the technician complete the diagnose and it will deduct from labor fee. Or if we can repair in one time , only pay labor and parts .
For all our services we have 2 hours frame time waiting . Depends on traffic , weather and how busy is the day.
