    I am interested in having my washer serviced but have some questions. The machine is 6 yrs old and falls under warranty. How does that work with the visit charge? When can you come out to repair? I would like to know the answer before setting appointment.

    Carlos is very professional, quite nice, punctual, and proficient. He repaired my dryer, showed what went wrong, and performed maintenance on all moving parts to prevent further problems. A BIG recommendation to anyone needing appliance work.

    Mazter Appliancs was so easy to book and fixed my freezer even during the pandemic. No one else wanted to fix my Samsung frig or wouldn't come out because of quarantine. The say who is coming to do the repair and send remonders. Very happy with their service and Carlos was really helpful.
